- Voice Data: The App accesses your microphone to capture voice commands and notes. Audio is processed to create text transcriptions. We store the resulting text transcriptions; the original audio files are not permanently stored on our servers.
Automatically generated information:
- Firebase user identifier (UID): To manage your account and sync data.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, collected via Amplitude (e.g., buttons clicked, features used).
- Technical Information: Basic device info (model, OS version) required for application functionality.
- Subscription Data: Managed via RevenueCat to track your premium status and purchase history.
How We Use Information
The collected information is used to provide the AI functionality of EchoMindAI.
Information may be used to:
- Generate AI responses, summaries, and transcriptions using third-party providers (OpenAI).
- Sync your notes and reminders across devices (for registered users).
- Manage your subscriptions and process access to premium features.
- Improve App performance and user experience through analytics.
Third-Party Service Providers
To provide our services, we share limited data with the following providers:
- OpenAI: Textual data and transcriptions are sent to OpenAI to generate AI responses. Data is processed according to OpenAI’s privacy policies.
- Google Firebase: Used for database hosting, authentication, and infrastructure.
- Amplitude: Used for product analytics to understand user behavior.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and verify payments.
The App does not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information (including transcriptions and notes) from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
