These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile application “EchoMindAI” (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Description of the Service
EchoMindAI is an AI-powered personal assistant designed for note-taking, creating reminders, and scheduling meetings. The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (via OpenAI API) to process user inputs (text and voice) and automate organizational tasks.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information if creating an account.
- Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content (notes, transcriptions, and scheduled events).
- Using the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the policies of our AI providers (OpenAI).
Registration and Access
The App offers basic functionality without registration. However, advanced features (such as cross-device sync and enhanced AI capabilities) require the creation of an account via Firebase.
AI Disclaimer and Accuracy
- EchoMindAI uses advanced AI models. However, AI can make mistakes or "hallucinate."
- The App is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional advice.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any reminders, meetings, or critical notes generated by the AI before relying on them.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
EchoMindAI offers optional premium subscriptions.
- Payments: Processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat.
- Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Handled according to the respective app store's refund policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of EchoMindAI are not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated transcriptions or content.
- Missed deadlines or meetings due to failure of reminders or notifications.
- Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.
- Misinterpretation of the AI’s output by the user.
Availability and Connectivity
The App’s functionality depends on internet connectivity and the availability of third-party services (OpenAI, Firebase). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
User Data and Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy available at:

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
Users may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or the policies of our third-party AI providers.
